When painting your home, you want it to last. we use the highest quality products available instead of saving a couple of dollars per gallon. We concentrate on quality prep work before the first drop of paint is applied.  

When choosing a painter, make sure the prep work is discussed and included in the estimate.  You will want wood rot repaired, caulking with high grade silicone paintable caulk, and proper covering of windows, doors, etc.

If you're roof is over 5 years old, you need a roof tuneup. While shingles last from 15-40 years, many components of your roof need maintenance to prevent leaks. Our 10 point roof tuneup prevents leaks in areas susceptible to leaks. Here's what we do for you.

1. Inspect entire roof for areas of concern.
   
2. Replace up to 10 damaged or missing shingles.
3. Install new rain collars on all pipe jacks and seal with premium NP1 roof sealant.
4. Seal exhaust vents with premium roofing sealant.
